Pipeline Surf Point

Any tips on how a guy could make some money to stay there for awile

i need to get away and want to go somewhere i can stay surf everyday and maybe get out alittle and see some culture and have some fun.

I’ve been snowboarding since I was probably 6 or 7, and surfing seems fun. I wouldn’t mind skateboarding either. Are these sports really hard to learn with a background in snowboarding?
Also can anyone give me some pointers about learning either one.

I would like to learn how to surf but I am terrified of sharks! Have any surfers on here ever been attacked by sharks while they were surfing? What should you do if a shark comes near you while you’re surfing! I would really like to learn to surf but I am seriously terrified of sharks!

I already know how to snowboard. But maybe that does’nt make a difference.
