Specifcally for beginners. Is there a course or some good beach to learn? Thanks

I want to buy a new laptop. I would be using it mainly for web surfing, emails and playing low graphics games like puzzles, scrabble etc. I might put photos and a bit of music from the web on it, so nothing hi tech or too complicated. Is this any good? For what I want? Price being charged is $1390 Australian dollars…..my other option is a Dell. Should also mention that the VAIO is coming from the US, the seller reckons they work all over the world.

Im going on a vacation, never been scuba diving before. Where is there a place to rent scuba gear for a reasonable price? I dont want a pool or set up atmosphere- I’m looking for reef and actual marine wildlife. I’m assuming these are guided experiences. About 100 mile radius from Orlando. Thank you for any help.
