Pipeline Surf Point

The best wave I’ve seen is at Cerro Azul in Peru. It is a slow, very even tube that starts at an inlet (which means you can almost walk to the wave) and ends in an old pier.

I’m looking to learn to surf this summer. I live in Alberta, Canada (near the Rocky Mountains) and I’m considering a road trip this summer, hopefully to somewhere I can learn to surf (or at least have fun trying).
Any specifics (certain areas, companies, etc) are also greatly appreciated!
