December 2009 Surf (In A Nutshell) ended on a positive note in Central Florida – After Tropical Storm Ida passed in November, other small weather systems brought fun waves the rest of the year. The weather turned cold that last week of December, but warmed up nicely on New Years’ Eve. Lots of talent on these waves.
