What Movie/show Is This From? “the Only Thing We Have To Fear Is Fear Itself… And Spiders.”?

I know I saw this somewhere besides a tshirt, but I can’t find it anywhere. It seems like it was a meeting of some kind. There was someone giving the speech and someone from the audience gave the “and spiders” line. They cut away to something else and when they came back the list had more additions, possibly clowns etc. I want to say it was animated (Family Guy or South Park maybe?) , but I can’t be sure. Please help! I see this all the time while surfing and it’s driving me crazy.

    itself!
    Audience member 1: And spiders!
    Franklin D. Roosevelt: …Well yes. And spiders. That goes without saying…
    Audience member 2: And snakes!
    Franklin D. Roosevelt: Yes… snakes too.
    Audience member 3: And dont forget werewolves!
    Franklin D. Roosevelt: There is no such thing!
    [Everyone starts to argue]
    Franklin D. Roosevelt: Okay! So the only thigns we have to fear are spiders, snakes, WEREWOLVES, sharks, dying alone, zombies, clowns, heights, big dogs, robots with human brains, Johnsons wife, AND fear itself!
