Is There Thing As A “fecophiliac”, Am I Spelling It Right, And What Does It Mean?

I saw it on a picture when I was surfing the web. It said ” I am a fecophiliac” on a picture of Kyle from South Park. Are they justing making something up, or is it real?

    fecophiliac is a slang..
    (it’s actually a word..) I found it at urban dictionary and it means
    “someone that likes playing with **** for fun ”
    “A person who is obsessed, or sexually interested (scat) in fecal matter”
    …go to urban dictionary if you wanna know more o_o…
