Where Are Some Pokemon That Can Learn “surf”?

I thought a Magikarp would work but it didn’t. I need to surf to Canaclave City but the problem is is that I have no Pokemon to learn surf! I just want a Pokemon that will not take a long time to find and capture. The Pokemon needs to be able to learn surf right away. Thanks, Michael

    It’s pretty common and can be found on routes 205, 213, 224, and infront of Valley Windworks.

    dude, get the seal thing called like “sealio” and trust me dont waste your time on pokemon or whatever, buy WoW (world of warcraft) a real man’s game.
