What Is A Pokemon In Sapphire That Is Easy To Catch And Can Learn Surf?

I just beat the fourth gym (dad) and i got the surf HM from wallys parents. I have a level 43 Blaziken, but no good water pokemon! (except for a stupid magikarp) Where is a place i can go that will give me a pokemon that actually can use surf?

    get the corphish 1 u can find it by fishing with ne rod bsides a old rod in the water near the daycare center and it evolves in 2 a even better 1 crawdaunt who has a really good sp attack and an even better attack
