Is There A Pokemon That Can Learn Hm Moves Waterfall, Surf, And Fly In Pokemon Diamond?

I only have one more space in my team but I need a pokemon that can learn those hm moves. I don’t have the national pokedex so just tell me the ones in the regular. Thank you.

I’m pretty sure the only Pokémon who can learn this particular combination of HM’s are:
    Mew
    Dragonite
    Smeargle (using Sketch)
    Rayquaza
Arceus (depending on what type it is)
There are some that can learn either Fly and Surf or Fly and Waterfall, and of course there are a ton that can learn both Surf and Waterfall, but I’m pretty sure those are the only ones that can learn Fly, Surf, and Waterfall.

I have platinum version, and I only use 2 pokemon that I carry around with me the whole game, they both know all the HMs together.
    Tropius: fly, defog, cut
    Bibaral: surf, waterfall, rock climb
both can know: strength, rock smash
If you dont have platinum, you cant get tropius, so i recommend find a flying pokemon that can know cut, chances are, they can also know strength.

    try bibarel.
however, it cannot learn fly, so it should be taught to someone else in ur party. otherwise, there are pretty
gyaradoes can also learn waterfall, surf. but unfortunately, cannot learn fly.
pelliper, on the other hand, can learn fly and surf, but not water fall.
these are probably your best options as sinnoh doesn’t provide pokemon that canj learn all three hms

I have a lugia that knows all of those moves but I used my action replay to get it because you cant get it in the game.

Dragonite is probably your best bet…

In Pokemon Diamond, Yes, But if I were you, I wouldn’t go get a Dragonite and mess up its attacks even though you can visit the Move Deleter and then the Move Maniac to re-teach the moves you’ve deleted . The Legendary Pokemon are not good ideas either. The best one I’d pick is Gyarados and Tropius. Tropius for Fly, Defog, Strength and Cut. And Gyarados for Surf and Waterfall. Gyarados is a Smart move. Gyarados can be taught Electric, Ground, Fire, Water and Ice type moves making it extremely worthwhile.
The problem is getting Magikarp to Evolve… It is a painful training as it evolves at level 20 and has splash as it’s only attack until level 15 then learns tackle. What you can do is to get a Good Rod in Route 209 and fish there. The range that Magikarp fished in Route 209 is 10-25 with Good Rod which makes it less painful as Old rod ranges between Magikarps with levels 3-15.
    But an awesome combination can be made by teaching 4 of these moves (Different types makes it better): Water: Surf, Waterfall, Hydro Pump, Water Pulse. [Picking HM's are better] Electric : Thunderbolt and Thunder; Ground : (Not affected by Earthquake is also a good part of it) Earthquake. Fire : Flamethrower and Fire Blast. Ice: Ice beam and Blizzard. Others : Giga Impact and Hyper Beam. {Note: These must be taught with TM’s}
Dratini will evolve into Dragonair at level 45 and then Dragonite at level 55. It takes far longer but then it will be only one Pokemon required as it can learn Fly, Surf and Waterfall.
you can pick Tropius and Gyarados or Dragonite depending which on if you want one Pokemon or the longer way.
    Hope I helped…
