In Pokemon Diamond Ds, Where Do You Get Bicycle And How Do You Do It And Where Do You Learn Fly And Surf?

I play Pokemon Diamond DS, and I am wondering where you get the bicycle. I’ve heard that you get it in Eterna City, but I’m not really sure. Can anyone tell me? And also, can anyone tell me where to get the HM/TM Fly and Surf? I really need to know.

    1 get the bicycle in pokemon diamond, you have to first beat the gym in Eterna City. Then walk up to the team galactic buliding, notice how those three trees wont let you in.
    then a lady named cynthia (i think) give you HM 01 Cut when you walk by the building.
    then let one of your pokemon learn cut
    cut thru the trees and go inside and fight everybody in there
    they are holding the bike shop owner hostage and when you beat the leader the bike guy says to go by his shop to get a free bike.
    2. For surf you have to beat the 5th gym leader wake
    3 For fly go to vielstone city and beat the gym leader and then when you walk out of the gym, lukas/dawn will meet you outside and tell you team galactic stole her pokedex. go with her to the left galactic building and team up with her and fight the two grunts, then walk inside and HM02 should be inside a pokeball.
    *** i am positive you will get stuck here eventually
    for HM 05 defog (really useful) go to pastoria city and go in the great marsh. pay to get in. then once you enter, you will see a man that has green hair, talk to him and he will give you defog

    To get a bike, you have to rescue the bike shop owner from the galactic building in Eterna city. Then, go to his bike shop and he will give you a free bike
    Surf is in celestic town and fly is in the galactic warehouse
