Go to Fuschia City
Go to Safari Zone
In Safari Zone, go all the way around the place until you’re in one of the houses that has the winning guy.
Get the HM Surf.
PS: DONT GET THE ITEMS OTHERWISE YOU’LL WASTE TIME!!!!!!
