Best Place To Learn How To Surf In New England?

    Narragansett town beach in RI. Go on a day when its small so there will be less people out too cause it gets crowded when theres anything bigger than waist high

    Cape Cod Massachusetts. Great beach breaks varying from and average of 2-4 ft. with a water temp around 60 degrees
