1. Make sure your speakers are plugged in
2. Make sure that they are on
3. Make sure the volume on the speakers is up
4. go to Start>All Programs>Accessories> Entertainment> Volume Control
5. Make sure the volume tab is up, and the mute below it is not checked
6. Try again

Um, maybe you need a sound driver? Or is it specifically just with something running with adobe flash? Install a newer version, google.com!
