Ok well I had a friend over and he was using the computer and surfing the web and watching youtube videos. Then we go out and when I came home, I do the startup repair thing and it says that you need to remove audio devices and crap out of the laptop. And then i restarted, ran in normal mode and: my laptop restarted cause of blue screen (Showed up for like 2 secs). Ive tried pressing f8 and doing safe mode and with ive tried it with networking and with most of the other options. Ive tried restoring but it says it cant. Wtf!!!! My laptop is an acer aspire gemstone 6920g. Don’t answer this if ur gonna tell me to update windows or run antivirus software because: I CANT GET PASS THE BLUE SCREEN, tell me how to! PLEASE!

Restart the computer and keep tapping F8 to enter the Advanced Boot Options. Select Disable Automatic Restart on System Failure. Once the BSOD appears, note down the error code under technical information and google the STOP code (0×00000**) to see what is causing the problem.

A computer’s registry is one big database that has numerous files, options, and settings. These settings and options keep changing with every second of you using your PC and can lead to the damage of some of these settings. This causes errors to show up and the computer to have a BSOD. Registry cleaners http://make-a-computer-run-better.com software scan the computer’s errors and matches all files and settings with the applications that use them. If it identifies any file or setting to be damaged, missing, or corrupted, it provides you with an updated list of the same and also repairs these errors. Therefore, if your computer keeps crashing and need to fix blue screen of death a good registry cleaner is all you need. Your computer can also cause problems because of redundant files in its registry. Registry cleaners identify all these redundant and junk files that were left over during the uninstalling process of hardware of software and delete them. This makes sure that the “computer keeps having the BSOD” issue is taken care of.

it seems this is happening quite frequently now. I think its a new virus that’s very clever, and boots itself as a part of windows.
I had this problem, and Im sorry to say I had to format my hard drive and re-install windows.
obviously you cant back up your stuff either as you cant get into it, although there is one way.
if you know someone who has a very good PC set up with very good anti-virus, you can put your hard-drive in their PC, and create a back up of your important stuff. DO NOT copy .exe files, .sys files or anything other than your pics, movies, music and documents.
once you’ve backed it all up, or if you cant, I suggest getting a program called Kill Disk, its very thorough. create a bootable disk, run that (this will destroy everything on your hard drive) then re-install windows.
sorry to be the barer of bad news.
