Heres what Angela P. from Gloucestershire had to say about her Red Letter Days Learn to Surf Day: This was an excellent introduction on how to surf in a good safe and beautiful bay/location. After being given some of the basic surfing techniques we were given plenty of time to have a go ourselves – and having the two surfing instructors on hand when we wanted some further guidance. We were also very fortunate in having fab weather. www.redletterdays.co.uk
I just learned to surf during a recent trip to Maui and was immediately addicted; it was so much fun! I would like to continue learning to surf, but I don’t know where the best spots are. for beginners. I live in Los Angeles County.
This combined course will teach you everything you need to know if you want to become a Lifeguard, whilst giving you all the skills you need to be a great surfer! For more information, check here www.iwishgapyear.com
Hi there..:)
me and my bf want to go abroad (we live in the UK) to learn to surf.. money is an issue so nowhere too expensive …
mainly we want somewhere with quite big waves that wont let us down when we get there since we are taking a week’s holiday and paying to go there
we were thinking lanzarote, fuerteventura, portugal or bilbao…
what do you think
also, do you know any surf schools??
many thanks x
